Have You Had Trouble Logging On or Joining Free Prizes?


Joining for the First Time

When you first join, you must enter all required information and ensure that you enter your correct email address.

Your email address is important as you will be immediately sent an activation email when you have successfully entered all your details.

Once you receive this activation email, take note of the password that you have been issued, and ensure that you CLICK THE BLUE LINK at the bottom of the email.
 

When you click the blue link your account will be activated and you will be taken to the Free Prizes web site. You can then log in using your email address and the password that you have been provided.

To change this password go to Your Account Details on the left hand side of the screen, scroll down, press the Change Account Details button,  tick the Change Password box, enter your existing password into the Old Password section, and proceed to enter your new password as required.

Once this is completed please press the Submit button, and you should receive a message telling you that your details have been successfully updated.

Once updated, you can log in in the future with your email address and updated password.
Keep your log in details handy so you can easily log on in the future. Alternatively, you can save your log in details and these will be displayed each time you log onto the site.
 

Troubleshooting

If you are trying to join Free Prizes but cannot read the large characters in the image on the sign up page:
Please select the link 'click here if you cannot read this' and you can select another image until you reach one that you can read. If you have any trouble at all joining using the web site please contact please contact the Free Prizes office at info@freeprizes.com.au and we will join you and give you an interim password.

If you have joined Free Prizes, have received your activation email and password, but cannot log in:
You have not clicked the blue link in your activation email. Go back to this email and click the blue link. If you have deleted the email and need your account activated, please email to info@freeprizes.com.au.

If you have not received your activation email:
Check your spam or junk mail section in case the email has diverted there. If the email is not there please contact the Free Prizes office at info@freeprizes.com.au and we will activate your account and give you an interim password.

How long should I have to wait for my activation email:
This will depend on the speed of your connection, however most people would receive their activation email within a minute or two. If you are waiting for your activation email and it has not been received within 20 minutes, please request manual activation by emailing Free Prizes.

Do not hesitate to contact Free Prizes either via email or via the Contact Us page on the website. All enquiries are answered within 24 hours, and most are answered within the hour, depending on the time your enquiry is submitted.
